10 – Disney Classics Film Festival

The old school Disney classics are coming to the big screen until March 18 at Event Cinemas in Manuka! The Festival features all the favourites, including 101 Dalmatians, Bambi, Dumbo and The Lion King. This weekend, Bambi will be screened! 9 – Wrestleclash

Canberra’s been chosen to host this premier interactive event, set to make it’s return for one night only! Wrestleclash will aim to bring the very best of Australian wrestling under one roof, including a national championship match with Crofty and Elliot Sexton! This is an all-ages event.

8 – Final Charity Garage Sale

7 – A Day at the Lake

A great chance for Canberrans to learn about the little things we can do to stay safe while having fun in the water! There’ll be live entertainment, face painting, jumping castles, a surf n slide, interactive water safety demonstrations, supervised free swim, BBQ lunch, free CPR awareness training, a water playzone, aqua aerobics, prizes and the Royal Life Saving ACT DUCK DERBY!

5 – Chinese Lantern Festival

A true cultural experience – check out the Lantern Parade along the shores of Lake Burley Griffin! Take your own lantern or buy one there – there is judging for the best hand-made ones. There’ll also be performances by folk dancers, Lion Dance and martial arts. Bring a picnic and enjoy an evening by the lake! In case of rain, the Festival will move to Lancaster Hall in Forrest.

4 – Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival

If you’re sad the Canberra Multicultural Festival is over, never fear, you can enjoy all the culture and vibrancy just across the border, at the Queanbeyan Multicultural Festival! There’ll be a huge range of street food, live music, markets, cultural activities and the Kids Fringe Festival! You can even get a sneak peak of some of the acts at the Music by the River event on Saturday night!
