10 – Collectable Sunday

Fancy yourself as a collector? On the fourth Sunday of the month, the Old Bus Depot Market highlight collectables – anything from records, to furniture, antiques, vintage clothing, ceramics, glassware, china, vinyl records and more. If it’s worth collecting, you’ll find it there!

9 – Canberra Bird Club Annual Sale 

There’ll be stacks of birds for sale like parrots, finches, budgies and more. No poultry allowed. There’ll also be trade tables there with a large variety of bird related products for sale. Buyers and sellers welcome!

8 – Luis and the Aliens

There’s a new kid’s film coming out at the cinemas and you have a chance to catch it early! Luis and the Aliens is an animated adventure comedy about an 11-year-old boy that makes friends with three loveable aliens who crash their ship into his house.

7 – Mystery Box Rally Fundraiser

Help support the cancer council for the ugg boot bowls extravaganza! Meet the Canberra teams participating in the Mystery Box Rally in October. 6 – Alpacas & Llamas in the Mist

A rare opportunity – meet over 200 alpacas and llamas, learn about them, feed them and take some selfies with them! Take your own picnic breakfast and mingle with these gentle and inquisitive animals. Warning – they will capture your heart! Wear warm and comfy clothes with sturdy shoes. 5 – The Truffle Festival

4 – All Japanese Car and Bike Show

The All Japanese Car and Bike Show 2018 is here for its 4th year! It’s promised to be the biggest AJCBS ever complete with amazing Japanese cars and bike, awards, entertainment and family friendly activities.

3 – Latin American Film Festival

The LAFF returns with a selection of 14 movies representing Latin America at its finest! The Embassies of Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cuba, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela have partnered once again to bring the biggest festival of its kind to Canberra. The ANU Film Group’s on board to offer the best viewing experience.

2 – Raiders vs Rabbitohs

You won’t want to miss this – the last home game for the season! It’s Members Appreciation Round, with lots of activities, including a post-match signing session. There’ll be 3 live matches this week, so plenty of footy action! Souths will be a dangerous side to take on, so our guys will need as much support as they can get!
