10 – Circus Skills Workshop

During the first week of the school holidays, there’ll be free circus workshops at Gungahlin Marketplace, outside Big W! Kids can test their skills and learn to juggle, stilt walk, plate spin and enjoy circus games.

9 – Quota Fashion Parade Fundraiser

The Quota Club of Canberra’s holding a fashion parade of Postie fashions to raise much needed funds for 3 local charities – PANDSI, HOME and The Shepherd Centre. Watch the parade, have some afternoon tea, enjoy the entertainment and help support the fundraising efforts!

7 – Bachata Spring – Dancing for Charity

A charity event series with dancing, performances and entertainment! Funds raised will go to the Stella Bella Little Stars Foundation. Emily Glubb from New Zealand is a dancing extraordinaire who’ll be performing and teaching a 3-hour workshop. Enter the silent auction for some amazing prizes!

6 – Finland Centenary Crazy Games

A celebration of all things Finnish you won’t want to miss! There’ll be N-oar-dic walking, wife-carrying, hobbyhorse racing and an evening air guitar contest to top it all off! Throw your hat in the ring or watch others compete. Visitors can also enjoy delicious Finnish food, embassy tours, dance workshops and more!

4 – ACT Holden Day

Several Holden car clubs are coming together to put on a show with models ranging from 1948 to the latest commodore! There’ll also be a jumping castle, face painting, a food van, drinks and Prime Possum will make an appearance! Proceeds from gold coin donations will go to the Endeavours Foundation.

3 – Canberra Colour Fest
