10 – Canberra Roller Derby League Grand Final

Get ready for a big Grand Final double header at Southern Cross Stadium! The Brindabelters will be vying for the Darby Derby Cup when they take on back-to-back GF victors, the Red Bellied Black Hearts. The Surly Griffins and the Black ‘n’ Blue Belles will battle it out for third. And the finals start with a Junior Roller Derby bout featuring CRDL’s own Prime Sinisters.

8 – Sing for Your Supper Festival

Watch 20 local amateur musicians compete for the Grand Prize! There’ll be something for the whole family, with a schnitzel eating competition, raffles and entertainment for the kids too. Canberra charity Raize the Roof will be there raising money for kids a little less lucky.

7 – Korea Day Canberra Festival

Enjoy delicious Korean food, cultural performances and exhibitions! Try traditional cuisine like bibimbap, bulgogi, japchae, dakgalbi, gimbap, naengmyeon, kimchi jeon, insamcha and makgeolli. 6 – RSPCA ACT Casting Call for 12 Barks of Christmas Carols

Does your dog have what it takes to perform on stage? The RSPCA will hold a casting call for talented pooches for their upcoming ’12 Barks of Christmas Carols’ event on December 3. Judges will pick up to 6 canine acts. If you’re one of the winning acts you’ll get a FREE family pass to the big day next month.

5 – Tennis Rally for Movember

Nelson Parker’s epic 24 hour tennis rally started on November 17 at 6pm and goes still 6pm on November 18. Head along to show your support, with all money raised going to Movember. There’ll also be other activities including tennis trial classes for a gold coin donation for kids and adults. No need to book, just turn up! Everyone who donates goes in the draw to win some amazing prizes! Some Raiders players will have a hit with Nelson on Saturday too!
