8 – Father’s Day in Canberra

6 – Repco 5th Annual Show and Shine

5 – Hartley Hall Markets

Everyone’s invited to the Hall Markets to help celebrate their 30th birthday with a big party! The official ceremony kicks off at 11am with the unveiling of a commemorative sign before the fun continues with live entertainment, kids activities and rides, a best dressed stall competition, a flash mob, fire trucks, the Morris Dancers, plus all the usual market goodies like clothes, toys, local produce, plants, furniture, baked goods and more!

4 – Canberra Raiders Cup Grand Final

3 – Spring Dog Party

Murrumbateman Winery’s special dogs Mollie and Tannin are hosting a Spring Dog Party to launch their new wines! The girls can’t wait to introduce you to their new vintages – Mollie’s Block Fume Blanc and Tannin’s Wild Pinot Grrr-is. Friendly dogs and their owners are invited! There’ll be food, celebrity dog trivia, dam adventures and a collection for the ACT RSPCA.

2 – Bentspoke’s Start of Spring Party

A great opportunity to check out the production brewery, have fun and enjoy some beer! The family fun day will celebrate the end of winter with live music, pigs on spits, kids events, beer, food trucks and roller racing! There’ll also be plenty of fires and marshmallows for roasting.

1 – The Canberra Times Fun Run

Take the chance to walk or run 14km, 10km or 5km around Lake Burley Griffin while taking in some of Canberra’s spectacular views. To celebrate Father’s Day, they’re also giving away prizes across all events in categories like the fastest grandfather, father and child team, the faster father and child team and the fastest pram in each distance. There’ll also be some great on site entertainment! Road closures and changed traffic conditions kick in at 6am, with the last roads re-opening from 12pm.
