10 – Forde Community Association’s Christmas in the Park

A fun afternoon out for the family! Pack a picnic and enjoy Christmas carols, face painting, a sausage sizzle and heaps of activities in Heritage Park! The gang from Canberra Reptile Zoo will be there to show off some of their reptiles and there will be a special visit from Santa around 5pm.

9 – Kingsborough Summer Kick Off

The Kingsborough development is hosting a pre party to celebrate the official opening of The Warehouse – Roast, Tap, Brew; located in the heart of Kingsborough. With 8 beers ranging from Czech Pilzner through to Porter, including a gluten free beer from Wild Polly and Apple Thief Cider, as well as a selection of wines. The Warehouse will also host local artist Christopher Paul Tóth as he unveils his latest piece, a portrait of Raiders captain Jarrod Croker. The portrait will be up for auction, raising money for Menslink.

8 – Spectrum Big Band presents Jazzmas

Enjoy a night of big band swing, food and dancing with a hint of Christmas cheer. Featuring a guest appearance by the Canberra Swing Katz, Spectrum Big Band will play a series of big band classics. There’s some great raffle prizes up for grabs. All proceeds go towards supporting Canberra City Band Inc. continuing to provide music services to Canberra. Listen, eat, drink, dance and have a great time!

1 – Cockington Green Night Opening
