10 – Lifeline Canberra’s bootcamp

Head along to Lifeline Canberra’s second annual Bootcamp! There’ll be two sessions, an earlier one for the serious bootcampers, then a family bootcamp at 9:30. Warm up with some of Canberra’s favourite mascots! Get ready to sweat and enjoy lots of activities like rowing, rope pull, kettle bells, lunges, squats and more.

9 – Spooky Stromlo

Wondering what goes on at Mount Stromlo after dark? Head along to an adults-only, after-dark Halloween tour of Mount Stromlo. Your guide will lead you through the historical web of Mount Stromlo, with a few spooky stories and encounters. Be prepared for some scares, spooks, and of course, some surprises. Registration is essential and costumes are encouraged.

8 – Makers and Shakers Market

7 – Community Tennis Day

Help kick start the summer of tennis in Canberra! There’ll be heaps of free tennis activities for children and adults, with the first 100 kids through the gates, to get a free racquet! Nick Kyrgios will be there to have a hit with kids, and visitors can also get their photo taken with Australian Open trophies. 4 – UC Capitals vs Sydney Uni Flames

The UC Capitals hope to get back to their winning form, when they take on the Sydney Uni Flames in round 4 of the WNBL. They hope fans pack out the AIS Arena to cheer them to another home victory! The Caps are coming off back to back losses, so will hit the court, leaving no stone unturned! It’s the Indigenous round as well, with the Caps donning a special uniform.
