8 – Mt Stromlo Observatory Site Tour

Learn about one of Canberra’s oldest sites that’s rich in history! The Mount Stromlo Observatory has been carrying out astronomical observations for over 100 years and has grown into one of the great observatories. It’s weathered two devastating bushfires and earned a Nobel Prize!

7 – STOMP

Head along for a 1920’s inspired evening of speakeasy cocktails and casino gaming for prizes at this charity dance event. Funds raised will go Pets in the Park, Daintree Rainforest Trust and Rotary Club of Canberra Burley Griffin projects.

4 – Skating At Festival

3 – Lifeline Bookfair

2 – World Curry Festival

The World Curry Festival is back for its fourth year – dishing out a wide variety of curries and cultural performances, as well as a chilli eating competition! There’s an exciting program of entertainment lined up to accompany the array of warming dishes, including Bollywood dancers, the African Orchestra and even a flash mob!

1 – Raiders vs Cowboys

The Raiders return to GIO Stadium for the first time in over a month on Saturday night, to take on the Cowboys! Our guys need a win to keep their finals hopes alive, so they’d love as many fans there cheering them on as possible! There’ll be heaps happening on and off the field, including your chance to win a signed Raiders jersey and cap!
